Hieratic Dragon king of Atum Impact on the meta

Before I dive into the arc type I want to start off with the king rank 6.
  As its name states it does something other rank 6 just don't .
Special a dragon from the deck any level and reduce it to 0 atk.
 Now why is this so good? well let me get down to it.

PROS
rank 6 dragon
splash able in other decks besides the one its made for
light for honest target or chaos food
brings out rdmd to spam more
leads into ftks~ i will post more about this in later post
It's super rare so not crazy hard to get
easy rank to spam

CONS
tcg players don't have gusta max the rank 10 with 2000 burn
will probably be limited do to ocg in september

SCORE
9.5 OUT OF 10

I would have easily gave it a ten but we don't have in tcg the rank 10 that fully breaks him.
he will see play in chaos dragons and lots of it expect the price to drop after they don't top.

Meta impacting cards from Galactic overlord Cardcar D

now we look at the first bunch of cards, archetypes that will and wont have a impact.
This is the meta and wish they were better post.

CARDCAR D written just like that is a secret rare that is from the set we are talking about.
whats so good about it.
Pros draw 2 go plus and looks like the red race car from that Disney movie cars!
it boost tier 2 decks and only 2 tcg tier one deck the bugs. ~bring raid!
Also Heros remember them bubblebath, water gun.
don't get me wrong heretics are cool just not good enough for tier 1.
Exodia,Final countdown,Monarchs,Random ftks

Cons besides being over hyped and priced >=)
you go to end phase,cant special summon and no priority any more.
Can not be put in every deck like pot of duality.
Dead draw late game.

In closing its an amazing card it will see play.
It will have a nice impact.
not worth 70-150 more like 40-60.
Not ran in 3s always.
Score a solid 8

Also fun fact looks like lightning McQueen but blue.
